For my own records, here is my To-Do List regarding getting ready for my international internship application:
- criminal record check
- approach 2 people for reference letters
- find out if I need a visa
- write letters to the scholarship office, Music Department, and College of Education re: being considered for scholarships for next school year (even though I'll likely be overseas)
- arrange for transcript to be sent to CSBE after T1 grades are posted
- start a binder for all internship information
That's it so far.... this is a big process but it will likely pay off in the long run!

welcome to blogspot, where it is impossible to upload pictures when you really want to. by the way, that's her fall vest, I haven't been able to take a pic of Marielle in her snowsuit yet because she's always upset. I will link you to my page. Yes, that gives me something to do.
Hey Lauren, thanks for checking out Das Blog - in "Gerald"'s....well not his defense, but for frame of reference, he's not even close to the first choral director I've met who's been like that. I'm just frustrated in that his support would have been a boon, rather than an abject assertion of dissociation. Anyway, that's an awesome idea about having you leading "Weary in Well-DOing" and I'd love to help contribute to you big recital!
Passports are a pain, especially when you're new to a city!! As you may have read, I'm going to England to spend time with someone...definitely taking a chance on that but I think he's worth it.
Btw Diane I completely agree with you about the frustrating pictures thing with Blogspot - s'not like I'm computer illiterate and I just can't get it to work.
Lauren I'll send you that music right now actually!
