This new template for my blog is actually very representative of my New Zealand experience - I think I'm going to hang onto this one. The little map thing on the left looks a lot like the train route maps that I see every Tuesday and on weekends when I go into Wellington for Youth Choir rehearsals or just to visit Grace and Brett and friends. The colours and the map both remind me of the Metlink logo (see top-left), the name given to the public transportation system in the Wellington region. The green city scene to the right looks a bit like the view from the Wellington train station, on the way to the Hutt Valley, while the faded grey scene on the very right looks like the rolling hills just over Wellington harbour. Overall this is just a good look for the blog. :o)

Hey Lauren!
I can't find your email, so you are going to have to email me so I can give you my new address. The old one will be good for a while yet.
It's been a crazy summer, so I just got around to reading your blog. By the time you get home, we'll be living in Victoria, BC! I was offered a job early in July at a private school, teaching mainly choir, so I resigned at Rivier! The house isn't sold yet so Allan will be coming back and forth till it is. Sarah and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in Victoria because she was registered at the Victoria Conservatory Summer String Academy, so I looked at houses and got us an apartment for September 1st. My job starts on August 30 and we stay at my niece's to tide us over.
Anyhow, email when you have the chance.
Cheryl
Clearly, the student that thought you were SO pretty hasn't had the opportunity to see some of your finer moments via Photobooth. Love the blog site, it's always a great day when I get to read a new posting.
Can't wait to see some of your video stuff from your time in NZ. Make sure you get a copy of the Wellington Youth Choir so we can check that out as well....... until next time.
Dad
This message is for Cheryl...I just heard yesterday that you are moving to Victoria! Congratulations and best of luck in your new adventure! I always tell everyone you have been "a gift in our lives". I know you and Lauren will keep in touch and she can keep me up-to-date. It will be a little harder to deliver a bottle of red, but something to look forward to sometime. : )
Lauren - I was going to tell you to e-mail Cheryl quickly before her address changed but she beat me to it.
